# AnotherAgent > Last updated: 2026-08-14 > AnotherAgent is a technology consultancy. We design, build and run software, cloud, data and AI systems — end to end from strategy to deployment and ongoing support. The four capability pages are ways in, not separate products: software replaces the workaround your team lives with; cloud is the ground under it so you no longer have to keep it running; data is one number everyone trusts before the meeting; AI takes the work that takes over the week — with a person still approving anything that matters. AnotherAgent works as one partner across the whole project: strategy and roadmap, build, deployment, team training and ongoing support. We work in three phases: Build (tune a system to the real work), Deploy (install it, ready to use) and Elevate (monitor it, keep it running, and add more as you grow). ## Pages - [Home](https://anotheragent.xyz/): AnotherAgent — a technology consultancy; what we do and how to start. - [Software Engineering](https://anotheragent.xyz/software-engineering): The workaround your team lives with, replaced by software they actually use, handed over as yours. - [Cloud & Infrastructure](https://anotheragent.xyz/cloud-infrastructure): It stays up, stays yours, and you no longer have to keep it running — including overnight. - [Data & Analytics](https://anotheragent.xyz/data-analytics): One number everyone trusts, before the meeting starts — the pack writes itself, the argument ends. - [Business Intelligence](https://anotheragent.xyz/business-intelligence): The reporting layer the business runs on — agreed definitions, a screen the board opens, a pack that writes itself. - [Data Science](https://anotheragent.xyz/data-science): Find what actually moves the number, then put a useful model into the decision. - [Artificial Intelligence](https://anotheragent.xyz/artificial-intelligence): The work that takes over the week, handled — with you still in the loop. - [LLM Integration](https://anotheragent.xyz/llm-integration): Large language models wired into real work — summarising, extraction, drafting and answering from your own documents. - [Machine Learning Integration](https://anotheragent.xyz/machine-learning-integration): Machine learning tuned to your data — forecasting, classification, scoring and anomaly detection. - [Agentic AI](https://anotheragent.xyz/agentic-ai): Autonomous AI agents that take a job end to end across your tools, with a person approving anything that matters. - [Tech consulting](https://anotheragent.xyz/tech-consulting): What a technology consultancy does across software, cloud, data and AI, how an engagement runs, and how to choose a partner. - [Contact Us](https://anotheragent.xyz/book-a-call): Tell us what you want — name, email, company, and a short note. No obligation. ## Answers - Can you take on work that isn't AI? Yes — that's most of it. We build software, cloud, data and AI systems. AI is one capability, used where it earns its keep. - Do I need to be technical? No. We handle the technical work. You get working systems and a partner who keeps them running. - Where does my data go? Systems run behind a secure login and are never listed or indexed. A private on-premise option keeps everything in-house. - Who owns the software when you are done? You do. Accounts, documentation, the running product. We stay because you want us to. - Will AI send things without us looking? Not anything that matters. A person approves the send, the payment, the change. - Do we have to “do AI”? No. If a simpler build wins, that is the build. We will not add this to a job that does not need it. - What does looked after mean for cloud? The thing your business runs on stays up, stays private, and does not depend on one person who “knows the server.” - Why does a trusted number pay for itself? Meetings stop starting with a hunt through last week's files. Reports stop taking Friday afternoon. A bad trend shows up while you can still do something. - What does tech consulting actually cover? Software, cloud, data and AI — plus putting them to work. You do not have to know which capability you need before you call. - When is custom software worth it versus buying a tool? When the workaround is taking over the week and no off-the-shelf product quite fits. If a good SaaS tool already does the job, buy it. - Can we keep data on our premises? Yes. Cloud is the default; a private on-premise appliance is there when nothing should leave the building. - How is an agent different from a chatbot? A chatbot answers a question you type. An agent is tuned to one job, grounded in your data, connected to your tools, and able to take the actions that finish the work. - How is LLM integration different from just using ChatGPT? A public chatbot is a blank box you prompt by hand. An integrated system is tuned to one job, grounded in your data, wired into your workflow. - How is machine learning different from an LLM? A large language model is built for language. Machine learning finds patterns in your numbers and records to predict and classify. - How is business intelligence different from a pile of charts? BI is the reporting layer the business actually runs on: agreed definitions, a screen people open, a pack that arrives without anyone staying late. - How is data science different from dashboards? Business intelligence tells you what is happening. Data science asks why it is happening, what is likely next, and which experiment is worth running. ## Optional - [What is agentic AI?](https://anotheragent.xyz/what-is-agentic-ai): Plain-English guide — what AI agents are, how they differ from chatbots, what businesses use them for, and how to run one safely. - [What is LLM integration?](https://anotheragent.xyz/what-is-llm-integration): Plain-English guide — what large language models do inside a business, what grounding in your own data means, and how a project runs. - [What is machine learning?](https://anotheragent.xyz/what-is-machine-learning): Plain-English guide — what machine learning does inside a business, how it differs from a language model, and how a model gets into a decision. - [What is business intelligence?](https://anotheragent.xyz/what-is-business-intelligence): Plain-English guide — what BI actually is, how it differs from a pile of charts, and what it takes for the board to trust the number. - [What is data science?](https://anotheragent.xyz/what-is-data-science): Plain-English guide — what data science does, how it differs from dashboards and from machine learning, and when it earns its keep. - [Custom software: how it works](https://anotheragent.xyz/custom-software-for-smes): When custom software is worth it versus buying a tool, and how a first version ships. - [Cloud infrastructure](https://anotheragent.xyz/cloud-infrastructure-for-smes): What cloud infrastructure means for a business, and how systems stay up without you keeping them running overnight.
