CASE STUDIES

Work we have actually shipped.

Every case study here describes a system running in a real business: what it does, how it was built, and the decisions that shaped it. Nothing in one that you could not go and check.

01 — THE STANDARD

How we write these.

Most case studies are a logo, a percentage nobody can source, and a quote the agency wrote. Ours are built to a different rule: if you could not verify it, it does not go in.

What was actually built

Named parts, in enough detail that an engineer could judge the work and a business owner could recognise their own problem in it. Not "a bespoke digital solution".

The decisions, including the awkward ones

Why a thing was built the way it was, and what we deliberately did not do. The decision to leave AI out of a system is as informative as the decision to put it in — so we write that down too.

No number we cannot show you

If we have not measured it, it is not on the page. That costs us a few impressive-looking statistics and buys something better: everything we do claim holds up when you ask about it.

Published with the client's agreement

Nothing appears here without the client signing off on what it says. A fair amount of our work is never written up at all, and that is entirely their call.

02 — WHAT SHOWS UP HERE

What shows up here.

The same five capabilities we work across, in whatever mix the job actually needs.

Artificial intelligence is where we look first — LLM integration, machine learning and agentic AI. Around it sit software engineering, cloud and infrastructure and data and analytics, which are how anything reaches production and stays reliable.

Some of what we build has no model in it anywhere, and that is the point of being AI-first rather than AI-only: we look at AI first, then build whatever the job actually needs. If you are still deciding what that is, technical advisory is the work that answers it, and tech consulting explains how an engagement runs.

03 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many case studies are there?

One, for now. Starline Scholars is our first technology partner, and their system is the first we have written up. We add a case study when a partner is happy to be named, not to fill a page.

Why are there no headline percentages or savings figures?

Because we only publish what we can show you. A number we cannot evidence is worth less than a description of the system you could go and check for yourself, so we write the second and leave out the first.

What kind of work gets written up here?

The same work we do everywhere else: software, cloud infrastructure, data, and AI where it genuinely pays. A case study with no AI in it is not a gap — it is us saying what the job actually needed.

Would our project be published?

Only if you want it to be. Nothing goes up without the client agreeing to what it says, and plenty of work never appears here at all.

Showing 1 case study

One published so far. We add a case study when a partner is happy to be named, not to make this page look busier — so a filter with nothing behind it says so rather than showing filler.

Your business could be the next one.

Tell us the job you would take off your plate first. We will come back with whether it is a strong fit and what it would take — no obligation, no jargon.
